Suprasorb P polyurethane conforms to any type of wound bed and covers it effectively. The surface of the polyurethane dressing that comes into contact with the wound has a special structure, making it particularly suitable for wounds that are easily damaged, such as healing wounds. The polyurethane layer is semi-permeable and effectively regulates moisture in the wound environment. This dressing is impermeable to bacteria and water and retains its shape even after absorbing exudate.
Suprasorb P polyurethane is very soft and provides a high level of patient comfort after application. This dressing is available in four types: non-adhesive, adhesive, sacrum and heel. The adhesive polyurethane dressing has an adhesive border that adheres to the skin.
