The multi-layer Vliwazell dressing has a highly cohesive structure and is intended for wounds with very heavy exudate. Since its outer layer is non-woven and very soft, it does not irritate the skin and provides greater comfort for the patient. This dressing contains a cellulose core with an absorption capacity several times greater than gauze dressings, allowing wound exudate to be transferred into it very quickly. A blue non-woven layer is also located on the back of the dressing, preventing wound exudate from passing through and helping protect clothing and bed linen from contamination.
