Debridement of deep and hard-to-reach wounds (Debrisoft Lolly) 
Debrisoft Lolly by Lohmann & Rauscher is used for debridement of deep wounds, wounds that are difficult to access, and during minimally invasive surgical procedures. Using Debrisoft Lolly, wound debris and exudate can be effectively removed. It is also very easy to use and enables fast and precise debridement.

Outer head covering: monofilament polyester fibers sewn with blue polypropylene thread and X-ray detectable material (containing barium sulfate and polyester)
Inner head covering: polyacrylate
Handle: polypropylene (the head is sewn onto the handle)

Moisten the head of Debrisoft Lolly with a wound cleansing solution and gently apply pressure while cleaning deep or hard-to-reach wounds. The special fiber structure of Debrisoft Lolly loosens wound debris and absorbs it completely.

Acute and chronic wounds and the surrounding skin:

Diabetic wounds
Arterial and venous ulcers
Pressure ulcers
Wounds healing by secondary intention
Traumatic and surgical wounds (abrasions, incisions, lacerations)
Burns and blisters (third-degree: following surgical debridement)
Epidermolysis bullosa (butterfly disease)

Suitable for hyperkeratotic skin caused by lymphedema.

Debrisoft with its monofilament fibers is designed to absorb exudate, debris, and skin keratoses during debridement of superficial and deep wounds and wound cavities, including during minimally invasive surgical procedures.

Its handle is flexible, ergonomic, and break-resistant.
The head is securely fixed in place, reducing the risk of accidental detachment and injury to the patient.
The fiber tips easily remove remaining debris and exudate from the wound.
The fiber structure absorbs wound debris and keratoses, binds them together, and removes them.
Debrisoft Lolly must not be left in the wound.
If necessary, it can be used at every dressing change.
Debrisoft Lolly can achieve very good results on hyperkeratotic or necrotic surfaces that have previously been treated with autolytic debridement.
The fiber-covered part of the head can be moistened with any standard wound cleansing solution in accordance with the instructions for that solution.
