Bladeless Trocar with Camera Port
The bladeless trocar with camera port features a precisely designed plastic tip, requiring less force during use and providing greater safety compared with bladed trocars. This trocar includes a dedicated port for camera insertion. Through this port, the camera can be easily introduced, providing the surgeon with a clear field of view to monitor the extent of injury to the abdominal wall.
The body of the bladeless trocar with camera port is designed to attach easily to the abdominal wall, while its transparency improves safety and convenience during surgical procedures. The proximal section of the trocar is also designed to prevent leakage and escape of carbon dioxide gas (CO2). A flexible silicone component is positioned at the entrance of the cannula to prevent gas leakage. Its lubricated surface also reduces friction between the cannula and surgical instruments during insertion and removal.
The trocar features a fully ergonomic design, allowing the surgeon to easily insert or remove the obturator from the cannula using one hand.
