Highly absorbent adhesive dressing (Vliwasorb adhesive)

Vliwasorb adhesive superabsorbent dressing combines all the advantages of Vliwasorb superabsorbent dressings with the ability to remain securely in place. Unlike the non-adhesive Vliwasorb model, the adhesive superabsorbent dressing features an elastic, skin-friendly adhesive membrane, making application very quick and easy at any time. Vliwasorb adhesive remains securely positioned on the wound without the need for a secondary fixation dressing. The dimensions of the elastic layer adapt as the superabsorbent dressing expands, allowing it to absorb and retain large amounts of wound exudate.

Vliwasorb adhesive (Highly absorbent adhesive dressing)

A. Adhesive membrane with longitudinal and transverse elasticity and skin compatibility, allowing the superabsorbent polymer to expand.
B. Impermeable to bacteria and water.
C. Superabsorbent polymer with a very high capacity for absorbing and retaining wound exudate.
D. By absorbing microorganisms into the dressing, the microbial load of the wound is reduced.

Indications:

Pressure, arterial, venous and diabetic wounds
Healing of postoperative wounds by secondary intention
Closed laparotomy wounds
