The circular stapler is used in gastrointestinal surgery to create anastomoses, including End to End anastomosis, such as in low anterior resection of the sigmoid colon;  End to Side anastomosis, such as in total gastrectomy; and Side to Side anastomosis, such as in Billroth II gastrojejunostomy.
GoldenStapler circular staplers are available in five different sizes—21, 23, 26, 29, and 32 mm—based on the outer diameter of the anvil. GoldenStapler has added the 23 mm stapler between the 21 and 26 mm sizes to optimize the internal diameter of the anastomosis and provide surgeons with more options for esophageal surgery in the thoracic region.
This stapler is suitable for suturing various gastrointestinal tissues of different thicknesses. The green indicator window integrated into the handle also allows the staple height to be adjusted easily and accurately. Its plastic cutting ring provides audible and tactile feedback, enabling the surgeon to confirm proper staple firing.
