The 12th Yara International Congress on Wound Care and Tissue Repair, 2026

One of Iran’s leading annual scientific events, the 12th Yara International Congress on Wound Care and Tissue Repair was organized by the Academic Center for Education, Culture and Research (ACECR), Tehran University of Medical Sciences Branch, in collaboration with the Yara Research Institute for Wound Healing and Tissue Repair. Held from September 16 to 18, 2026, the congress aimed to introduce and discuss the latest global findings in the treatment of chronic wounds and advanced tissue repair techniques.

Alongside the congress, Arsin Salamat Iranian, the exclusive representative of Lohmann & Rauscher (L&R), Germany, was honored to host a specialized workshop entitled “Wound Management and Biofilm: Advanced Antimicrobial Strategies in Wound Care,” presented by Mr. Reza Ghorbani on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, from 14:00 to 14:30.

Additionally, a specialized Compression Therapy Workshop (Theoretical and Practical) was held on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, from 11:30 to 13:00, featuring Dr. Shahpar Haghighat and Ms. Nahid Barati.
